Resisting to the point of bloodshed: When I studied in the college, one engineering college student used to attend the prayer group regularly. He wanted to please the Lord and live a life that will bring glory to Him.
Last year I spoke in a meeting for young people. Most of the young men were converts from non-Christian background. The pastor arranged the meeting for young believers they were not actively involved in evangelism, and in the activities of the Church.
In a youth conference, one of the preachers came to me and said, “Most of the believers both young and old, have problems in overcoming evil thoughts. It is high time for us to write a booklet on overcoming evil thoughts”.
A child spends about 8 hours per day in bed and 8 hours in school. The remaining 8 hours is spent by your child (including grown-ups) in the following ways.
Teach the child to avoid sin. When he tells lies or steals money, tell him that it is sin and ask him to confess his sin to the Lord.
Teach the child to say ‘sorry’ and ask for forgiveness to anybody against whom he has committed a mistake

It has been reported that in America, one out of three families break down in the middle. In some places it is one out of two families. But at the same time it has been found that if the family attends the Church regularly, then the possibility of the breakdown of the family is one out of forty.
Woodrow Kroll, the director of Back to the Bible, wrote about his family prayer, “Most Christian families claim that their greatest difficulty as a family is finding time to read God’s Word together. Why? Because it takes discipline to make that time.
